We are located in the beautiful gardens of McLeod House at the University of Adelaide Waite campus. Located near Gate 3 Waite Road Urrbrae, the café is open to students, staff and visitors to the University as well as the general public.

Named after the town of Beltana which lies 540 kms north of Adelaide in the Flinders Range and has significance to Peter Waite’s early pastoralist years.

The Beltana Pastoral Co had sheep and cattle runs from Beltana to the Queensland border, many of which are historically significant in the formative years of South Australia’s early history and eventuated in Peter Waite acquiring the land at Urrbrae. We are open weekdays and after-hours events by arrangement.
